Content Integrity and AI Manipulation Policy

AEOBRO sanitizes and validates all user-submitted content. You agree not to upload, embed, or otherwise distribute instructions, prompts, or code designed to manipulate search engine ranking systems or AI model outputs. AEOBRO may automatically flag, reject, or remove such submissions to protect platform integrity and external data trust.

Cancellations & Billing Cycle

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until then. After that date, your profile remains in place but stops asserting verification — your verified claims are suppressed while billing is inactive, and editing of paid features is disabled. Your profile data and proofs are retained for 30 days so you can reactivate; after 30 days without reactivation, the profile may be permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

Data Retention After Cancellation

We retain your profile data for 30 days following the end of your billing period so you can reactivate. After 30 days without reactivation, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

Refunds

AEOBRO does not provide refunds. If a profile is taken down or frozen for investigation, no refund will be issued. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Suspension & Termination

AEOBRO may suspend, unpublish, freeze, or terminate any account or profile at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the account holder. This includes — but is not limited to — suspected impersonation or misrepresentation, violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, conduct that creates risk to other users or to the Service, or pending investigation of an ownership or impersonation dispute.

Termination or suspension does not entitle the account holder to a refund. Where an account is terminated or a profile removed, your data and proofs are retained for 30 days so you may reactivate or appeal, after which they may be permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policy. Nothing in this section limits any other right or remedy available to AEOBRO under these Terms or applicable law.
