- IP infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade secrets; selling counterfeit goods.
- Hate, harassment, and violence: Content that promotes or threatens violence; targets protected classes with hate or harassment.
- Exploitation & abuse: Sexual exploitation, child endangerment, or content that risks physical or emotional harm.
- Security violations: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization; probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system.

Verification & Publishing

Trademark and Brand Name Policy
You may not use another party's trademark, trade name, service mark, or brand name in your AEOBRO profile display name, tagline, bio, or any other profile field in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deceive users, or misrepresent your affiliation with or authorization by the trademark owner.
Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Creating a profile that uses or closely resembles the name of a well-known brand, company, or public figure without authorization from the rights holder.
- Using a brand name in combination with generic terms such as “Walmart Deals,” “Tesla Service,” or “Apple Repairs” in a way that implies official affiliation when none exists.
- Registering a profile for the purpose of reserving, blocking, or selling a brand name to the rights holder or a third party.
- Publishing false or misleading information about your affiliation with, authorization by, or relationship to any brand, company, or public figure.
If you are an authorized representative of a brand and wish to establish an official verified presence on AEOBRO, contact support@aeobro.com. Authorized brand representatives may qualify for expedited verification and brand protection features.
AEOBRO reserves the right to suspend, unpublish, or permanently remove any profile that violates this policy, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the profile owner. AEOBRO may also implement technical measures to prevent the creation of profiles that use protected brand names without authorization.
Trademark disputes should be reported to legal@aeobro.com with supporting documentation. AEOBRO will review reported violations and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
